As data controller, Salyangoz Teknoloji A.Ş. referred as (“Company”), we process your personal data in full compliance to “Obligation of Data Controller to Inform”, which we have prepared in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles with Article 10 of the Data Protection Law No. 6698.

For your satisfaction, some of your personal data is within the scope of data processing conditions included in the Protection of Personal Data Law and subject to consent. Thus it is subject to declarative express consent specific to your situation.

To use our e-commerce process automation product Yengeç, membership is required. When you create a membership with express consent, we may process some of your personal data and may transfer to our domestic and foreign service provider suppliers and business partners.

Personal Data Processed Based on Your Express Consent

Based on your explicit consent, we process your personal data within the scope of sales and marketing processes and data analysis activities carried out for this purpose.

Your contact data may be processed depending on the legal reason ‘explicit concent’ paragraph 1 of article 5 of the Law in order to inform you about our products and services, advertising, campain promotions and to send you notifications via SMS, e-mail and telephone and within the scope of the same purposes and legal reason can be shared with third parties abroad, with our business partners and suppliers in accordance with the rules in article 9 of the same Law.

Paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Law, your Marketing Data; consisting your special advertisement creations, promotions and campaigns, tracking your user movements, executing activities that enhance your experience, for purposes such as development according to your needs; Identity such as name, surname, e-mail, telephone and with your Contact Data, cookies, previously subscribed packages, promotion, campaign work information obtained by us, your user movements within the panel, etc. may be processed depending on the legal reason of “explicit consent” and within the scope of the same purposes and legal reasons can also be shared with the third parties in the country, with third parties abroad, with our business partners, with our suppliers in accordance with the rules in the Article 9 of the Law.

Data Transfer Abroad

In accordence with the rules in Article 9 of the Law titled “Transfer of Personal Data Abroad” and in compliance with your “explicit consent” and also taking the necessary technical and administrative measures, from your personal data; Your Identity and Contact Data, Marketing Data, Customer Transaction Data, Transaction Security Data and some Audio Visual Recordings (call center audio recordings and screen citation etc.) can be transferred to product and services that are located abroad by our company while using them in order to increase service quality and ensure service continuity in the field of technology and informatics on server equipment and suppliers software, programs and systems provided by them.

The companies we choose are commited to take data security measures according to internationally accepted standards and to ensure the security level in accordance with these standards. In addition, regarding personal data, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and many international regulations legally secure and prevent personal data from being processed outside of our Company’s requests and purposes. Your personal data, which we transfer abroad due to the use of software provided by data processors, is not shared with third parties abroad, except for the above-mentioned purposes.
